WELCOME TO THE WALLED GARDEN
Hidden within the grounds of St Osyth Priory, our beautifully restored Historic Walled Garden is a place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the estate in a new way.
Once an important part of the Priory's history, the garden has been lovingly restored and is now home to an ever-growing collection of herbs, fruits, vegetables, flowers and wildlife. Every plant will be accompanied by a QR code, allowing you to discover what is growing, its nutritional benefits, culinary uses, and a fascinating Priory Plant Fact. See more below...
On selected dates throughout the year, we open the gates to the public, inviting visitors to wander through the gardens, meet our friendly chickens, goats and sheep, and discover everything the Walled Garden has to offer.
During your visit, enjoy homemade refreshments from our pop-up café and browse fresh produce from the estate in our Potting Shed shop!
Whether you're looking for a peaceful afternoon, gardening inspiration or a taste of the estate to take home, the Walled Garden offers a truly unique experience for visitors of all ages.
