USEFUL INFORMATION

THINGS TO KNOW

Check-in is from 3pm and we kindly ask that you check out by 10am on your departure day. Your access codes can be found in your check-in email, so please have this handy before arrival.

For pedestrian access, you'll find a key fob in your property. This allows you to exit via the gate next to South Lodge — please note the system won’t register pedestrian exits without the fob.

If you need a local taxi, we recommend AJ’s Taxis (01255 474444) or Elite Taxis (01255 429999).

We ask all guests to kindly respect the estate and your neighbours during your stay. Smoking is not permitted indoors, and we do not allow parties or events. Dogs are welcome only in Orchard Cottage, Bailiffs, and Toll Barn, and must be kept on a lead at all times - please be mindful of our cattle and countryside.

Please use the guest car park provided and avoid parking on roads or in neighbouring areas.

Make the most of estate life with al fresco dining at its finest. Toast marshmallows around the firepit, fire up our outdoor pizza oven, and gather around tables overlooking the deer park - a perfect setting for relaxed meals and memorable evenings under the open sky
