Join us for an atmospheric autumn evening in the historic Walled Garden at St Osyth Priory, where the season’s harvest meets the heritage of the estate.
Gather around the firepit beneath the autumn sky and enjoy mulled cider and wine, while our Potting Shed transforms into a cosy tap room, serving a selection of locally brewed beers . Our autumnal menu is also available to purchase and will feature a selection of dishes celebrating the bounty of the season, including St Osyth Priory venison stew and homemade seasonal soups, including pumpkin.
Throughout the evening, discover some of the traditional skills and crafts that form part of the estate’s heritage. Watch a live venison butchery demonstration as venison from the estate is prepared and carved, and meet our talented stonemason for a fascinating demonstration of traditional stone masonry, with the opportunity to have a go at moulding stone yourself.
Enjoy live music from Silence the Sirens, marshmallows around the firepit and the unique atmosphere of an autumn evening within the historic Walled Garden.
A relaxed evening of good food, locally brewed beer, live music, traditional craftsmanship and estate heritage, all beneath the stars.

Heritage & Harvest Evening - Terms & Conditions
Tickets
Tickets are valid only for the date and event stated at the time of purchase. Please bring your booking confirmation with you on the evening, either digitally or printed. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the event is cancelled or otherwise stated by St Osyth Priory.
Event timings
The event will take place from 7pm until 11pm.
Weather
This is an outdoor event and will go ahead in most weather conditions. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, St Osyth Priory reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the event. If the event is cancelled by St Osyth Priory, ticket holders will be contacted using the details provided at the time of booking and will be offered further information regarding refunds or alternative arrangements.
Food and Drink
Food and drink will be available to purchase throughout the evening. The menu may be subject to change depending on availability. Some dishes may contain allergens. Guests with food allergies or specific dietary requirements should speak to a member of the event team before ordering. While reasonable care will be taken, we cannot guarantee that any dish or food item will be completely free from traces of allergens. Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested.
Live demonstrations
The event includes live demonstrations of traditional estate skills, including venison butchery and stone masonry.These demonstrations are subject to availability on the evening and involve the use of tools and equipment and may not be suitable for young children. Guests must follow any instructions given by event staff and remain within designated viewing areas.
Firepit
The event will include an outdoor firepit. Guests must follow all safety instructions and remain within designated areas. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Children
Children are welcome at the event but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children remain within permitted areas and follow all event safety instructions.
Accessibility
The event takes place within the historic Walled Garden, which includes outdoor surfaces and areas of uneven ground. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the St Osyth Priory team before attending so that we can advise on the facilities available.
Photography and Filming
Photography and filming may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in photographs or footage taken during the evening. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of the event team upon arrival.
Right of admission
St Osyth Priory reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or disruptive to other guests, staff or performers.
Ammendments
St Osyth Priory reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, entertainment, food offering or timings where necessary. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
