Join us for an autumn day in our historic Walled Garden at St Osyth Priory.

As the seasons change, we’re opening the gates once again and inviting you to explore the garden, discover the latest harvest and see how this beautiful historic space continues to grow and evolve.

For little ones, there’ll be the chance to get into the autumn spirit with pumpkin carving, with parents invited to join in too!

Inside the Potting Shed, you’ll find a selection of estate produce available to purchase, while our café will be serving a delicious selection of autumnal treats, including spiced hot drinks, warming pumpkin soup and freshly made homemade sausage rolls.

Take a leisurely stroll through the garden and discover its collection of herbs, fruits, vegetables and seasonal flowers, before meeting some of the estate’s newest residents. Our alpacas, pygmy goats and friendly chickens will be waiting to meet you, with the opportunity to feed them some special treats.

Please use our entrance off Colchester Road, near the museum. Please note that parking is limited.
